Model: This is a revised model whose chassis with a main frame and loco body are constructed of metal. The model has an mfx digital decoder with 31 functions. It also has a programmable buffer capacitor. All axles are powered. The model has extensive sound functions. It can be operated with AC, DC, Märklin Digital, and DCC. A centrally mounted high-performance motor powers all axles. The motorized prototypical type SBS 10 scissor pantographs with type DBS 54 slippers can be raised and lowered in digital operation. The white triple headlights with LEDs change over to red marker lights and are digitally controllable. The cab has warm-white LED lighting. The cab doors can be opened, the cab interior details are elaborately reproduced, and the cab has an locomotive engineer figure. The locomotive has metal grab irons and many other separately applied details, such as signs, windshield wipers, a whistle, a bell, etc. The buffer beams have sprung buffers and separately applied brake lines. The factory-installed knuckle couplers can be replaced with the two screw couplers provided. Remote-controlled Telex couplers are fitted at the front and rear.
The minimum radius for operation is 1,020 mm / 40-3/16".
Length over the buffers 35 cm / 13-3/4".
    Weight approx. 3.6 kg / 7 lb 14 oz.
