SNCF Passenger Car Set

Prototype: 3 four-axle pass, the so-called "Schürzenwagen" / "Skirted Passenger Cars" from the prewar period. Several of these cars remained after World War II in France and entered SNCF ownership in this manner. This group of cars has a bottle green basic paint scheme corresponding to the way the cars looked in Era IV at the start of the Seventies.

  • Product description

Model: The train set includes two 2nd class cars and one 1st/2nd class car.

The lettering on the models is highly detailed. Multi-colored printing on the front of the cars is also included. A particular highlight is the printing of the door windows from the perspective of the miniature passengers.

They are prohibited from opening the doors before the train has come to a complete stop. The cars are prepared for the retrofitting of interior lighting. This requires two 73400 or 73401 LED lights per car. Alternatively, 73410 or 73411 can be used. One 72022 pair of current-conducting close couplings per car and one 73405 pickup shoe per car complete the parts list for retrofitting interior lighting in this train set.

All cars with different running numbers are individually packaged with additional outer packaging.

Each car includes a short bellows for representing the car gangways.

Length over buffers per car: 24.4 cm. DC wheelset per car: E700580.
